DEPOSIT
A 20% deposit is required within 3 days of reservation or sooner, as specified by HalongCruises.net. Cabins are subject to cancellation and resale if required deposit amount is not received within the specified option period.

Balance of Payment
Full payment for all cruises must be received by HalongCruises.net no later than 30 days before sailing.
All reservations are subject to cancellation without notice if payments are not received by the due date, and are guaranteed only when paid in full 30 days prior to sailing. Reservations made within 30 days of sailing require full payment within 3 days of the reservation or sooner, as specified by HalongCruises.net.

PAYMENT
The full payment of the cruise package must be made no later than 30 days before sailing, for all the members both for the single reservation and for the group reservation. In the reason for payment please indicate at all times the name of the person to whom we can refer (for single reservation) or of the group leader (for group reservation). The payment can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Expenses incurred for onboard services/products by the guest, or by HalongCruises.net on behalf of the guest, shall be paid by the guest prior to disembarkation.

CANCELLATION
Regardless of suite resale, the following policies shall apply to all cruise cancellations if you cancel your trip at a later stage :
• 60-30 days 20% of full fare
• 29-15 days 50% of full fare
• 14 days or less 100% of full fare
• Non appearance/no written notice 100% of full fare

The above penalties apply when the entire booking is cancelled and apply to all services including cruise and land arrangements. Guests or their travel agent must telephone or send a fax to HalongCruises.net to cancel the reservation.
No refund will be made for unused travel services or any portion thereof, nor is the price or value of unused travel services exchangeable for alternative arrangements. All air tickets are non-refundable, valid only for the flight and/or dates purchased and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
HalongCruises.net strongly recommends all tour participants purchase Trip Cancellation, Medical, Baggage and supplier default insurance to protect their travel plans.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND HEALTH INFORMATION
It is the guest's obligation to obtain a valid passport, visas and public health documents for all applicable ports of call and overland tour destinations. Consult your travel agent for advice on such requirements.

Guests will be sent preliminary cruise documents approximately prior to departure time. These will contain a visa application package from a reputable visa service agency so guests may avail themselves of this service. We strongly recommend that all guests contact their personal physician, the Department of Public Health or the Centers for Disease Control to obtain expert medical immunization recommendations for their intended itinerary and travel plans and to specifically address Malaria and Yellow Fever requirements in time to receive any necessary vaccinations/immunizations and for them to take effect.

TOUR OPERATOR'S RESPONSIBILITY
HalongCruises.net is a part of Hai Nam Travel, an reliable international tour operator licensed by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism. We make and secure all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and accommodations for the tour concerned. Although we take great care in selecting these suppliers; we have no control over them and, therefore, cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. We act solely as agents for these independent suppliers. By utilizing the services of suppliers, you agree that neither HalongCruises.net nor any subsidiary or affiliate of HalongCruises.net shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay incurred by you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any acts or default of the suppliers or from any occurrence or condition beyond the control of HalongCruises.net , including defects in vehicles or breakdown in equipment. Nor shall HalongCruises.net be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay resulting directly or indirectly from delays, cancellations or changes in flights, itineraries, schedules, steamers or other services, strikes, theft, sickness, weather, quarantine or other causes. Suppliers' liability may also be limited by law, tariffs or conditions on tickets and in particular you should read and understand the limitations of liability set forth in the airline ticket or other documentation. All accommodations, services and facilities are subject to the laws and customs of Vietnam. HalongCruises.net reserves the right to withdraw any tour in this program and to make such alterations in the itineraries as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties or the proper operation of the tour, in which case the sole liability of HalongCruises.net shall be a refund of fees paid. HalongCruises.net reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour should such person's visa application is rejected or such person's deportment, mental condition, physical infirmity of general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other members of the tour.

SERVICE STANDARDS
We have tried our best to describe the travel service in this brochure as accurately as possible. You should be aware that each country has particular feature which may or may not appeal to you including weather, food, local customs, etc. There may be different living standard, practices and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation at your destination. Such standards may or may not be comparable to those you would expect from similar establishments in your country. Note that all hotels undergo routine maintenance and renovations. If we are advised of any significant change which may affect your enjoyment of the package, we will do our best to inform you in advance. By purchasing the particular travel service you have selected, you are deemed to have made all reasonable inquiries about the travel service.
We do not cover for any transactional charges. Actual amount received by us will be reflected as the actual payment received.
