Mr. Bui Thanh Hai - Managing Director
After 7 years in hotel and travel business, Hai decided to pursue his goal by establishing Hainam Travel in 2006 with great supports from his close friend Nam. Since opening, the company enjoy steadily growth year after year. Hai ambition is to promote Hainam Travel as a leading travel brand in Indochina who focuses on incoming tours for European and Australian tourists. Though he doesn't involve every day activities of the company, he still spend time reading all reviews from travellers and his motivation is to received excellent feedbacks about company's services and staff's performance.

Mr. Lai Duc Anh (Andy) - Sales Manager
Andy joined the company in 2008 as a travel consultant with background of a tour guide. Thanks to his, sales skill, team work and great achievements, he was appointed as Sales Manager in early 2010 and enjoyed working with dedicated team and the company. Being the Manager of the sales team, Andy plays an important role in the team who makes sure each query is fully taken care of and team work well together. He has traveled extensively throughout Vietnam and knew well every corners - he often share with team great ideas for custom cruises and tours.

Ms. Doan Thi Phuong (Fiona) - Travel Consultant Phuong graduated from Hanoi University of Social Science and Humanity - Faculty of Tourism 5 years ago and she has been working both hard and smart to fulfill her long term goals of becoming an outstanding travel consultant. She is enjoying working with team and a truly asset to our company. Her most favorite place in Vietnam is Halong Bay and she is now one of our travel consultants focusing on this area.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (Hanna) - Travel Consultant
Huong has joined our team for nearly three years as a travel consultant. Apart from being very hot at customer service, she maintains good relationships with local suppliers as well as our contracts, data files. She is a staff member who work well under pressure to meet deadlines and is capable with dealing with high volumes of work whilst maintaining accuracy and top quality customer service.
